Refund policy

At IRAVALEA, each item is made to order especially for you. Because our products are print-on-demand, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect sizing choices, or buyer’s remorse.

However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrectly printed, we’ll make it right.

Eligible Issues

We offer replacements or refunds if:

Your item arrives damaged
The print quality is defective
You received the wrong item
Your order was produced incorrectly

Reporting an Issue

If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

Include:

Your order number
A description of the issue
Clear photos showing the problem

Once reviewed, we’ll arrange a replacement or refund if the issue qualifies.

Non-Returnable Items

Because all items are custom made to order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

Incorrect size selection
Change of mind
Delayed delivery caused by shipping carriers
Minor variations in color due to screen settings

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase. After production begins, orders cannot be changed or cancelled.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Package Lost in Transit

For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date. We will investigate the issue and, if verified, ship out a replacement at no extra cost to you.

Incorrect Address / Unclaimed Shipments

Wrong Address: If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our printing facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.
Unclaimed: Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility. You will be liable for the cost of a reshipment.
